it's the weekend once again, i know i haven't been blogging for a few days, and that's because exams has began!! been through human behaviour and quality management papers, now i am left with another 2, BPO and CRMP!! and lucky dear, he is only left with 1...the study week was pretty short, 3 days...and that exams began on thursday, leaving me with not much time to study though, since most of the modules need my memory space. but luckily for me, dear was sweet enough to come over almost everyday to accompany me and also to study for his modules...meals for us were practically cooked by me...or he packeted them from outside...and he never fails to get me nutrisoy (seems to get addicted to it recently, wonder if i will be able to quit it. (: )... anyway, it's just a short post to update. will be celebrating 3rd month with dear at essential brew tomorrow. shall update on it when possible. till then, take care!! and to dear; love you. another week has passed, but this time round, everything is different!! no more projects, presentations, classes...all left is the 4 exam papers from 28th feb to 4th march. ED Day was just yesterday, and wonder what's got into me...i didn't present well at all, at least not as what i have expected myself to. but well, it's all over now and what i can do is to revise well during these few days and make sure i do well in the remaining 4 papers. on top of that, soon, it will mark the end of my 3 poly years, it seems like it has just been yesterday but in a blink of an eye, it's 3 years!! had the last lecture on friday with quality management, and i think i'll miss the clique, marcel, and any others who have made my poly life a fun and good one. of course, my dear is not excluded off the list. :Pslept till 12 noon as usual for a typical weekend. surfed the net for a while and got down doing CRMP notes, and yes, i am still on it currently when typing this post. as for others, the slides have been marked for exam revision though, so not much to worry about. went dinner with the family at crystal jade kitchen at causeway point just now (cos mummy had this dining voucher for crystal jade), of course mummy invited dear to join for dinner as well, which yes he did, because i woke him up from his lovely nap. sounds bad of me, but well, he gets to see me! (: it's the study week starting from tomorrow, and with everyone being so busy with their own stuff, i'll be home alone...but fear not, my darling boyfriend decides to accompany me through the study week or rather days when i am home alone...you just can't deny that he is sweet right? so starting with tomorrow, i'll cooking his lunch and dinner too. (: well, it's almost time for bed now, and i have already given dear a bedtime story while i am still waiting for mine. hahas. ohwell, should tell myself that good things are worth waiting for. meantime, goodnights to all. and for those having exams, mug hard!! decided to post an entry since i have just finished marking the slides for human behaviour (i guessed i have marked all necessary slides for studying...finally done with quality management and human behaviour presentations today. at the same time, i forgot to mention that i did the applications to ntu and nus last weekend, trying my luck to see if my gpa gets me a place in either university. left with only ED Day on saturday and exams are just 6 days away. perhaps it's the tight schedule of presentations this semester, i find that time is never enough, or maybe because i started dating? opps. anyway, at least i have began revision. that's a good thing to comment. (:been pretty careless these days. it's either injury on my calf or my hand. which both mentioned are currently having their wound nursed, somehow hurts a little here and there. but i guess they will be fine. mummy did rubbing for me just now already. tks mummy!! let's get off track abit. ;) i think based on this rate as it is, dear is gonna to pamper me at no costs (or maybe with limited costs), in fact, he has been this sweet since we got together till now, which good time often pass really fast, it's going to our 3rd month soon!! i know mummy has been telling him not to spoil me, cos by nature, i can be rather dependent on people, just like what i did to my mummy. or maybe this is what we know as compromise between a couple? but that sounds wrong, because from what you are reading, it seems like he has been the only one giving in most of the times. and there you go, bingo! which of course, i do feel bad about it, but well, as said, this is not the first day that i have known him (he is stubborn). but that is why i love him so much! we can avoid the arguments to make each other 'compromise', whether it's my choice or his. of course, communication is the next factor, which we practically have no problems on this... alright, i guess that's about it. getting out with dear tomorrow, then perhaps on saturday too, then got to accompany mummy for some shopping this weekend? shall confirm that with her later. goodnights!! it was a pretty short post yesterday cos dear sneaked into the room without i knowing. i did have the intention to mention about the Singapore Flyer which will be in action on 1st March, and each ticket is priced at $29.50. but...it's booked for the first 3 weeks already!! ohwells, nevermind. it's too expensive for our pockets right now. we shall head for that some time later, right dear?was watching 'Sweets for my Sweet' last night with dear, featuring Daniel Ong and Jamie Teo, the desserts really caught my eye. Especially the ones from Gobi...they are like...well, dear has promised to bring me there, maybe not so fast, but definitely he will. (: meanwhile we will be contented with Ben and Jerry or Gelare which i will be meeting him later for that after his class ends. been trying to finish up some of the revision notes for Human Behaviour since it's the first paper. and also to complete part of what i have to do for quality managment. it's the last project to be handed up and after that, we can fully focus on our exams. and also, not forgetting ED Day on saturday which yes, i am presenting for my group; to introduce the business idea to the panel of judges, and i'll have to script my text out soon. let's get slightly random today. are people contented with the things that they have, or they rather be satisfied with what they have? but still, some still find it hard to be contented with what they have. personally to me, i am easily contented with little things being done, cos only with this, then you will feel that you are happier in any context. i need not have big surprises to make me feel happy, little actions and gestures done are sufficient to make my day. alright, i guess that's about it. time for me to get ready and go off to meet dear. shall update soon!! it's another brand new week, but this will mean that exams are nearing in less than 2 weeks' time. and we are only left with 2 presentations or maybe 1 for some others. currently preparing revision notes for the upcoming exams. anyway, managed to spare some time out yesterday to bake some cookies, or rather it was my first try on those oatmeal chocolate chip cookies. dear was the one who did the quality check though and guess what? he got a container of them back home. valentine was over last thursday but we went to watch 'PS I Love You' at the cathay, it's a pretty touching movie, although there was no climax at all. yea, i cried. well, in fact, many of them in the theatre which was 80% full, i could hear sniffing...worth catching, but definitely not on a weekend when ticket prices are at $10 each. wanted to go Esplanade after that, but it slipped off our minds that it was Chingay the next day...so we had to give it a miss. anyway, it's time for dinner now. shall update soon!!  happy valentines to all!! school was as usual in the morning even on a lovely occasion like today. met up with dear for lunch at causeway point's pastamania. wanted to catch 'Juno' at causeway cathay, but it is not showing there, so headed over to his place, which i took naps in between. and the biggest thing that i feel so sweet was that he was the one cooking dinner for me!! and his first try was good, and i am not lying...and just as i thought that was all, he continued to surprise me with more presents when i am already contented with the meal that he prepared all by himself (i didn't help him at all, cos he didn't allow.) alright, first, he surprised me by changing the things in my original wallet to the red pierre cardin wallet that i wanted to buy some time ago, and then he just dropped it into my bag. then, attached with the wallet, it was a necklace from Bits n Pieces. and even more to it, there was a note within the wallet, but that is just for my eyes only. (: there wasn't any roses to compliment with the presents but that doesn't matter, since all i need was his love and company. it doesn't matter if i have the presents or not, i'll just be contented even if with the dinner, because it's his sincerity. it doesn't matter if there wasn't any candlelight to go with the dinner, the atmosphere was still right for celebration. but when it does matter, then the only possibility is my darling boyfriend, because there is love, trust and faith between us. well, just wanna to say a big thanks to dear for everything that he has done for our first valentine together!! (and we know there are more to go...) hopefully the couples had a good celebration today. school is still on tomorrow, with bpo revision lecture. will be getting out with dear for movie and dinner after that. i guess it's time for bed, goodnights!! I should have blogged this entry some time ago, but well, good things are worth the wait, and moreover, it's Valentine Day. This entry will prove its significant meaning to my boyfriend even more. (but beware of over-sugary items.) To my regular readers, some would have noticed that I have been mentioning about my dear which I did not indicate any name in any entry of mine. Of course without saying, some would have know who is he, but to those who still have no idea, then I am proud to say that he is none other than; NOAH TAN. In fact, we went through rounds of guessing and hesitations before we got together, therefore there is nothing to hide and that we are proud to tell people that we are together and that we are loving it. (: From the start till now, it has been an amazing 2 months and 14 days journey, which we will continue this journey for as long as we are in love. He simply holds the utmost importance after my family which he is someone which I want to hold on forever and would not want to let go at all. It is my luck to have met him, know him, got closer to him and eventually to be attached to him. Anyway, have a good celebration for all the couples out there on this special day. Happy New Year!!i know it has been near a week since i last posted an entry. but well, it's the lunar new year, everyone gets busy at the same time. alright, it's the fourth day of the new year. first day of new year, woke up around 10 plus and got ready to visit the usual group of relatives every year, and thereafter, headed over to uncle Tim's place for dinner and catch up, came home earlier than previous years so as to rest and get ready for activities on the second day. it was at uncle Bob's place on the second day. visited Chinatown and had dimsum for brunch for the third day. so it's pretty much of a routine cycle for a new year. but what has made this year's lunar new year special even though i said that it was just the routine things? dear accompanied me to uncle Bob's place for the second day and had overnight mahjong game with my family. simply enjoying his company at every moment of time. started working on reports once again after this festive period. but with interruptions from relatives, it's pretty hard to concentrate. but still, they are worth my time to get off from all these for a while, i mean the cousins when i mention 'they'. alright, i guess this is all for now. as for the dear that i am referring to. stay tuned more for the v.day post. time just flies, it's going to be the lunar new year in 2 days' time!! school is still on till new year's eve for me, which is tomorrow, and i have to go praying after school with the family. but well, good things still can happen along the way even though new year is yet to arrive. met dear or lunch and went over to his place this afternoon, and to my surprise, his grandma gave me a red packet!! it was pretty embarrassing since i do not have any oranges with me. but still i managed to interact pretty well with his grandma in dialect...and of course his mum's pineapple tarts. got a container at home currently. and what's our current obsession? yeap, that PSP which we got new accessories for it today.anyway, went to watch Sweeney Todd with amelia, jiahuey, lilian, chin hong, renxin, becky and vani. and with 100% assurance, i advised those who have intentions to watch, please change another movie to catch...unless you want to pay that ticket price for a good sleep in the theatre, then that's aside the matter. i seriously would not recommend this movie to anyone, and much less to say that it is rated at M18, well, maybe it's just the gore scenes. other than that, there is nothing else, except the characters' singing. more of a musical rather than movie. new year's eve tomorrow. need to trim my fingernails, to paint them myself. yea, you read it right, i don't pay others to do my nails. (: then to prepare clothes for the first day, got them ironed nicely already. other than that, will be the shoes and etc. alright, that's all for tonight. still need to work on some projects and then head to bed for rest. it's a ultra cold night especially over at my place...but it's definitely good for a night stroll after dinner with your loved one. today is the start of my lovely weekend where i was in the mood to bake some CNY cookies; honey cornflakes. and what makes it better? it was our first experience baking cookies together, everything is just so sweet and i am sure that there will be more of such experiences in the future. am i right, dear? (: he brought back a container of it which i guessed that it is still insufficient for him. of course there are some for friends and family.it was more than just 1st February, the beginning of the new month yesterday. it was our 2nd month which we had dinner at pastamania, which is my usual favourite. then off to the Cathay to watch "Away from her" which is screened exclusively at the Picturehouse. and what's more to add to my sinful indulgence? dear brought me to have ben and jerry's waffle with my favourite favour of ice cream on it!! and on this rate that i am going, there should be some changes in my body size i guess...but still it doesn't matter since it was our special day, and with that, it denotes the start of our 3rd month. (: and i still can't get enough of him even if i am seeing him almost everyday. words just can't describe the feelings and bond that is shared between us. lunar new year is arriving in a few days and we are currently still working on projects, which i am editing the CRMP report now and at the same time, working on BPO project. but still we still got to get many things such as drinks, goodies, and also the steamboat ingredients for reunion dinner. not only to get busy with the lunar new year, valentines is also on it's way soon. furthermore, exams will begin at the end of this month. what a busy month isn't it. but i guess i will still enjoy it nevertheless. alright, it's time to get back to work. meanwhile, have a good weekend. |
